How to import expenses from excel as bulk at once?

You can import the transactions from an Excel file, Cfo-thehivekwt-c. Let me guide you.

The process is for importing bank transactions. However, you can also use it to import expenses at once.

You can either use the 3-column or 4-column format. The only columns QuickBooks Online can handle.

Once you're done with the format, you can already import the expenses. You can check this article to help you: Format CSV files in Excel to get bank transactions into QuickBooks.

If there's anything else that you need, don't hesitate to get back to this thread. We'll reply as soon as we can. Take care!

How to import expenses from excel as bulk at once?

This advice only applies to importing banking transactions. The original question was about importing expenses. I don't believe there's any way to do that without paying for a third-party tool, but I'd love it if someone knows another way!

I understand your point about importing expenses to QuickBooks Online (QBO), SGSLLC. Let me share some additional insights about this feature.

I know how important it is for you to bring your expenses into QuickBooks Online (QBO) without paying for a third-party tool that supports the process. While the option is to import them as bank transactions using an Excel CSV format, I recommend sending a feature request directly to our product developers. This way, they can determine what enhancements and improvements are needed to make our product more effective and convenient for our users.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon, then Feedback.
  2. Enter your comments or product suggestions.
  3. Tap Next to submit.

Once done, your valuable feedback goes to our Product Development team to help improve your QBO experience. You can track feature requests through the QuickBooks Online Feature Requests website.

On the other hand, I'm adding this link for more tips while recording, editing, and deleting expenses in QuickBooks: Enter and manage expenses in QuickBooks Online.
