These include invoices, customers or vendors, bank data, your chart of accounts, journal entries, and products and services. For invoices:
 

1. In your QBO, go to Settings and tap Import data.
2. Choose Invoices, then select Browse and find your invoice's spreadsheet.
3. Hit next.

For customers and vendors:
 

1. In your QBO, select Settings and tap Import Data.
2. Hit Customers or Vendors then tick Browse to choose the file.
3. If done, choose Next. Hover over the small arrow icon in the Your Field column and match your field to the corresponding QBO field. If you have a field that doesn't have a matching column, hit No Match.
4. Review your contacts. If done, Import it.
