Upgrade or Downgrade your subscription

Find the accounting tools that are right for you. Need more (or fewer) features? Follow these steps to upgrade or downgrade your subscription.

We do our best to ensure things run smoothly, but sometimes small technical issues occur. Here are some error messages you might see when you update billing details.

  • Something's not quite right.
  • It looks like there was a problem on our end. Select Save again.
  • Blank page/screen (unable to enter billing details).
  • Subscription-error billing.
  • The Save button is greyed out.

The good news is we can fix this. When you update your payment details, make sure:

  • Your billing address matches the company address in your QuickBooks Account and settings.
  • You have removed all special characters (such as ./:*'-") from your billing address.
  • Your Billing & Subscription fields are all complete with accurate and up-to-date information, try to avoid using auto-fill.
  • You are using a valid credit or debit card.
  • Your bank provider will authorise Intuit to take payments, you may need to contact your bank directly to confirm this.

If you are still receiving an error message or are unable to update your billing details, clear your cache and cookies.
