From what area in your QuickBooks account are you trying to view this invoice? Is it on the Invoices list under the Sales menu? Or is it in any invoice-related reports from the Reports section?
If you're trying to view it from the Invoices list, you can filter its Date to This month. This will show the invoices that you've made from January 01, 2021, to the latest date. Here's how:
If you're looking for it in your reports, you can customise the report's period according to the date when you created the transaction.
If you're still unable to locate the invoice, try clearing your browser's cache or use another supported browser. This way, we can check if it is browser-related and fix it.
