If you need to enter a balance for your fixed asset account on Peachtree and reflect the information into QuickBooks Online, I'd suggest getting in touch with Peachtree's support.
All third-party applications (non-intuit) will no longer have access to their software. You can check with Peachtree's website for the detailed steps on how to enter the balance to their program.
