Yes, you can definitely import customised invoice templates in your QuickBooks Online account. To be able to use this feature, you'll have to turn it on first. Here's how:
- Go to the Gear icon and select QuickBooks labs.
- Look for Import Style and toggle to turn it on.
- Click Done.
Then, you can now import your customised invoice template.
- From the Gear icon, click Custom form styles.
- At the upper-right, click the New style drop-down.
- Select Import style and select the form type. Then, Next.
- Click the Download import guide link where you can open a sample Word file and use it as a reference on how to design the template.
When you're done designing, you can go back to steps 1-3 on how to import and then click Browse to open the Word file you just created. For the detailed process, you can use this link on how to import custom form styles for invoices or estimates.
