Can someone please answer my questions regarding the chart of accounts, connecting corporate bank account to Quickbooks, and stock shares accounting?

I'll help you out with your queries about QuickBooks Online (QBO), @moses-a1scg-com

Before we can proceed, I'd like to ask for additional information on your question about the Chart of Accounts. This way, I can provide you the correct answer to your concern.

See these articles about the Chart of Accounts:

To connect a bank account in your QBO, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to the Banking menu.
  2. Select the Banking tab.
  3. Click Connect Account if it's your first connecting a bank account, or Link account if you already created one.
  4. Search for your bank. I suggest you use the URL or web address instead of its name.
  5. Press Continue, then enter your login credentials.
  6. Follow the on-screen steps to proceed.
  7. Hit Connect.

See this article for more information about this process: Connect bank and credit card accounts to QuickBooks Online

If you're unable to locate your online bank account, take a look at this article: Find your bank or credit card account when you connect to online banking. It lists several tips you can follow to search for an online bank. It also has the steps how to request support, in case the bank account isn't supported in QBO.

For stock shares accounting, I suggest you open this article for reference: Selling, buying, transfer of shares among business owners. It's also best to consult your accountant or bookkeeper on how to proceed with this type of concern since it affects accounts in your books.

Feel free to get back to me if you have other questions about QBO. I'll be sure to get back to you. Have a great day!
