Part of the agreement before turning on the Multicurrency feature in QuickBooks is it fixed the home currency. For visual reference, refer to the screenshot that I've attached below.
On the other hand, if you have already turned on Multicurrency, please be aware that QuickBooks does not allow you to change the home currency. This is to prevent any issues with accounts, especially when adjusting sales tax. This information is in this article: Set up and use Multicurrency in QuickBooks Online.
If your business is new, you can delete your data by purging the file or canceling the account and starting all over again. Here's a link to the page where you can access the relevant information: Delete your data and start over in QuickBooks Online.
