This issue started only when we started using Airy New template.
if we change the form of invoice to any other type (other than Airy New), the Payment receipt works perfect and capture all data.
attached is copy of the receipt while we are using the (Airy New Format).

Let's perform the recommended troubleshooting steps to determine what causes the Airy template to produce an incomplete data. There are times that an issue like this resolves by running some steps.
We can start with opening QuickBooks on a private window. It is the best place to identify unexpected issues on the browser. I've added these keyboard keys to open one:
If it fixes the issue, we can go back to the regular browser and ensure to clear its cache. A piled cache can also be the reason for some browser behavior.
We can also switch to a different browser like Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, or Microsoft Edge.
If the same thing persists, I'd recommend getting in touch with our Phone Support team so an agent can do a screen-share with you and investigate this further.
