Hello how to copy the estimation to invoice

I've got you, @md-srilakshmitra. I have a solution that will help you copy the estimate to the invoice perfectly.

I'll help you copy the estimate onto the invoice with accurate information. This way, your client's transactions list, and reports are always precise.

The estimate details will be copied correctly to the invoice if you click the Create invoice link. Do the following:

  1. Go to the Sales tab on the upper left side.
  2. Select the All Sales tab.
  3. Locate the estimate and click the Create invoice hyperlink.
  4. All details will automatically copy to the invoice sales form. Review or add any information if needed.
  5. Click Save and close

If the issue persists, I'd suggest pressing F5 to refresh the connection or transactions. It sounds like your server was interrupted or corrupted. Sometimes, too much cache build-up in your regular browser can cause unexpected behavior in the product.

If the problem remains, I'd recommend logging your account through incognito. This way, we can check if it's a browser-related issue. Refer to the keyboard shortcuts below:

  • Ctrl Shift (Google Chrome)
  • Ctrl Shift (Firefox)
  •  Control Option (Safari)
  •  Ctrl + Shift + P (Microsoft Edge)

Once in, re-click the Create invoice hyperlink to verify if it's performing well. If it's solved, return to your regular browser and press the CTRL+ Shift and Delete keys on the keyboard to clear the cache

In addition, you can run the Estimate by Customer report to review the status and balances of your transaction. Then customise it to show the specific data. You can refer to the sample screenshot below for reference:
