Hi there, @userbasheer-akreyi. I'm here to make sure you can view all the necessary info on your invoices.

First, let's perform basic troubleshooting. Missing info is usually the result of outdated or corrupt cache files in your web browser. We can clear them in just a few easy steps.

Let's start by accessing your account through an incognito window to rule out the possibility of a webpage issue. If your subscription is still active, your data should remain available. Also, make sure to select the correct company.

You can refer to these shortcut keys to open an incognito window in all supported browsers:

  • Chrome: Ctrl+Shift+N
  • Firefox: Ctrl+Shift+P
  • Safari: Command+Shift+N

If it's responsive, I recommend that you clear its cache. By clearing them, you can remove that historical data and access QuickBooks with a clean slate. You can also switch to a different supported browser to see if it has something to do with your browser.

Additionally, you have the option to change language in QuickBooks Online. Our supported languages are English, Chinese, Français, Italiano, and Español.

Fill me in and post about your results after the troubleshooting. It's my priority that you find the success you need.

Hello @LieraMarie_A ,

Thanks for your support, I tried to follow your troubleshooting as you suggested but I am still getting the same result you can see the attached picture. The hidden characters suppose to be Arabic characters.

Hi there, userbasheer-akreyi.

Welcome back to the thread, userbasheer-akreyi. I appreciate you for performing the troubleshooting steps shared by my peer and for sharing a screenshot about your concern.

Since the issue persists, I suggest contacting our QuickBooks Support Team. They have the tools to pull up your account in a secure environment which we're unable to do it here in the Community. That way, they'll be able to investigate the cause of the problem. To start with, I suggest going to the Help icon. From there, you can contact us through messaging and they're open 24/7 (M-F).

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Help icon.
  2. From the QB Assistant enter the topic you need help with. You can also enter questions.
  3. Choose Contact Us to connect with a live support agent.
  4. Choose chat to connect with our support team.

Please refer to this article to view details on how you can send translated invoices using another language in QuickBooks Online: Send invoices in different languages.
