Let me route you in the right direction so that you can add a QR code to your invoices in no time.
You can use QuickBooks third-party applications or other software that can add QR codes to your sales forms. This way, your customer can begin to pay you by scanning the barcode.
Here's how:
Choose the one that best suits your need the most.
Follow the on-screen instructions to download and install the app.
Once done, you can now use the app as soon as possible so your customer can pay you swiftly.
I've included some articles on how to upload sales templates and personalise them in QuickBooks:

Where is your company located? Which e-wallet platform do you need to offer as a payment option?
@ReymondO
Thank you. I just want to stick our bank QR code to allow customers to use this option as payment.
Thank you. Based in Malaysia, we have a bank national QR code to allow eWallet bank or other vendors (TouchnGo, Boost, etc) payment. Currently, we are putting up a link on the invoice for customers to click on and go to our website to scan the QR code, would like to simplify the steps, hence trying to make the QR code image appear on the invoice itself, hopefully, can be done.
Utilize this free invoicing app to put a QR code payment on your invoice. Then you can integrate it with your QBO.
