Let me provide another way to generate e-invoicing.
You can send email invoices to your customers in QuickBooks Online. Simply enter their email information and select Save and Send.
QuickBooks also allows you to receive online payments on your invoices using Razorpay. You can connect your existing Razorpay account or sign up for a new account and connect it to your QuickBooks company file.
Let's proceed by setting up your Razorpay account. Let me show you how:
- Click + New.
- Select Invoice.
- In a new Invoice, you will see the option to make Online payments. Select Setup now.
- A decision box will emerge asking whether you want to leave without saving. Click Yes.
- You will be directed to a Razorpay QuickBooks integration page. Select one in the Connect your Razorpay Account section to create a new Razorpay account. If you already have an account with Razorpay, select Let's get started and skip to the section named Connect Razorpay to QuickBooks.
- To sign up, you will be redirected to the Razorpay website. Enter your email ID.
- Follow the instructions and select Create Account.
- Follow the prompts and fill in the required contact details.
- You will be prompted to verify your email address.
- Once you have verified your email address, fill in the required business details and choose Save & continue.
