First, you'll need to connect your thermal printer to your personal computer (PC) using USB or Bluetooth. Alternatively, you can refer to the instructional guide that came with your device to set it up with your PC. Once done, you can proceed to print your invoices. Here's how:
- Open your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.
- Go to Sales and choose Invoices.
- Navigate to the sales form you wish to print and click the Dropdown Arrow at the far right corner under the Action column.
- Hit Print.
- Click the Printer icon in the upper right corner.
- In the Destination dropdown, select the thermal printer.
- Tap the Print button.
