QuickBooks Online Essentials and Plus subscriptions include the multicurrency and foreign currencies feature. If you subscribe to any of these QuickBooks Online versions, you can enable this functionality in the Advanced tab of your Account and settings page.
If you're unable to see this option, you may be experiencing a cache issue. Let's try some troubleshooting steps to fix it. Begin by accessing your account through an incognito window. This mode is helpful because it doesn't store any site data. Please see the following shortcut keys below:
Return to your default browser if it works, and then clear the cache to remove any outdated data causing this issue. Alternatively, you can use a different supported browser.

To receive an email update about this case, I recommend reaching our Customer Support Team. They'll pull up your account in a secure environment and add you to the list of affected users.

I've added this article about adding currencies and foreign customers or suppliers in QuickBooks: About Multicurrency.
I'll be around if you have other questions about multi-currency in QuickBooks. Just let me know by leaving a comment below. Take care.
