How do i add paid invoices to my page for my bas ?

I need to upload all of my paid invoices for my bas to be done

How do i add paid invoices to my page for my bas ?

Let me guide you on how you can upload your invoices here in QuickBooks Online. Here's how to:

 

  1. Click on the Settings icon from your QBO account.
  2. Click on the Import Data.
  3. Choose Invoices.
  4. Select Browse and then find your CSV or Excel file for the invoices you wanted to add in QBO.
  5. Click on Next.
  6. Map your columns with the invoice fields in QBO like date, GST and other mandatory fields.
  7. Once done click on OK and click on Done.
