How do I approve recurring template reminders in the update version of QBO?

Previously in the dashboard there was a 'respond to recurring template reminders' option - I can't find this in the updated version?

How do I approve recurring template reminders in the update version of QBO?

In the updated QuickBooks Online (QBO) interface, recurring template reminders are no longer displayed directly on the Dashboard as they were in the previous version. Instead, they are now conveniently located in the Tasks section, which has become the central hub for managing reminders, approvals, and pending tasks.

 

For a detailed walkthrough, here's how to access and manage them:

 

  1. Click the Task icon located in the top-right portion of your QBO dashboard.
  2. Look for the specific recurring transaction reminder you want to approve.
  3. Click the Approve button to process the transaction.
