Good day, @marketing-sentin.
Thanks for reaching out to the Community space. I'd be glad to provide you with the steps on how you can create an invoice with another currency.
In QuickBooks Online (QBO), you'll be able to create an invoice with another currency by making sure that the multi-currency feature is turned on.
On the other hand, the invoice we create in QuickBooks depends on the currency assigned to the customer's profile. That said, you can allocate Sterling currency to the appropriate customer to reflect it on the invoice accordingly.
Follow these steps to add a new customer with a GBP Sterling currency:
Once everything's set up, you can now proceed to create an invoice in Sterling currency for that customer.
Please note that you cannot modify the currency in a customer's profile once you have added them and recorded transactions with them. However, you can follow the workaround from this article if you want to record new transactions with the customer in their currency: Assign a foreign currency to a customer in QuickBooks Online.
Additionally, you'll want to create attractive and professional-looking invoices in QBO. With this, you can personalise and add specific info that matters most to your business. To know more about this process, you can check out this article: Customise invoices, estimates, and sales receipts in QuickBooks Online.
Please let me know how these steps work out and if you have any follow-up questions about managing your invoices. I'm always here to lend a helping hand. Have a wonderful day ahead!
