How to edit the type of the account title?

It's very easy to edit the accounts in QuickBooks Online. Let me show you how:

1. Go to the Accounting tab and select Chart of Accounts.
2. Find the account you want to modify. Click the drop-down arrow from the Action column and select Edit.
3. Change the Account Type and select Save and Close.

Please notes that it may affect the transactions when you change the account type. You'll want to seek help from your accountant before you edit it.
