Did you receive an error message when you tried to link your account to the system? I'd suggest using the bank's URL when searching it so you'll connect the correct account.
However, if the bank is not on the suggested list of banks, you can request it. Just scroll down to the bottom of the search results and click Still can't find your bank? link. Enter the correct bank name and the bank's URL. Then, click Request.
In the meantime, you can manually upload your bank transactions by going to your bank's website and download all needed transactions in a CSV file format. For more details, you can use this link: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.
