How do I stop a recurring sales invoice?

You can either delete the recurring transaction or edit the template to Unscheduled or Reminder type in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Here's how:

  1. Click the Gear icon on the top menu.
  2. Choose Recurring Transactions.
  3. If you’d like to delete the invoice template, click the Edit drop-down button and choose Delete.
  4. Click Yes to confirm.
  5. If you’d prefer to retain the template, click Edit.
  6. Change the Type to Unscheduled or Reminder.
  7. Click Save template.
