I'm here to assist you in getting the All sales page accessible again.
The All sales page is always accessible in the new QuickBooks Online format. You may have encountered a problem with your browser caused by too much cache being saved on your browser and creating unusual system behavior. I'll share some troubleshooting steps to help you fix this unusual QuickBooks behavior when opening the All sales page.
Let's start by accessing your account using an incognito window. This mode help since it doesn't save any site data. Here are the shortcut keys to use:
Once signed in, go back to the Sales menu and then the All sales tab.
If it works, return to your default browser and clear the cache. You can start anew and refresh the system by emptying the cache. Alternatively, you can also use different supported browsers.
If the problem continues, I encourage you to send a screenshot so we can figure out the best course of action to take to resolve it.
For more information on how the Sales page provides you with a summary of your customers' transactions, including open and paid invoices, please visit the following article: View sales transactions.
