I cannot print a delivery note for a an estimate, that In converted into an invoice as the batch actions selection does not show "Delivery Note"...

I do need a real answer rather than a mesh of possible areas, that might fit

The option to print a delivery note for your estimate is unavailable since an estimate isn't considered a sales order. You can however print the delivery note once the estimate is converted to an invoice.
