Glad to see your post here in the Community, info-loughwellfa.

In QuickBooks Online (QBO), invoices and invoice templates normally have a single page. However, you can customise the template and make necessary adjustments to fit the invoice information into 2 pages.

For additional reference, you can read through this guide on how to customise invoices and other sales transactions: Customise invoices, estimates, and sales receipts in QuickBooks Online

Once done, you can apply the template to your invoice. I'd be happy to walk you through how:

  1. Open an invoice.
  2. Click Customize.
  3. Choose a template.
  4. Fill in the necessary information and click Save and close.

Be sure to drop me a reply if you have additional questions. I'd be more than happy to help. Stay safe and have a good one.

Charles--thank you so much for your reply. It is actually a bill I have (apologies I called it a receipt)---and I want to attach it to the details of the transaction. How can I do this---it is only allowing me to attach one page---sorry for the confusion. Thank you

Thanks for getting back to us, info-loughwellfa.

Let me help you attach the two-page bill on the supplier's transaction. QuickBooks lets you add multiple attachments to a bill.

Here's a screenshot for your visual guide.

Is there an error or message when you attach the two-page bill? If there is, please provide more details about it so I can check.

If you aren't getting a message or error, you'll want to consider checking the file size. You can attach files on your transactions with a maximum file size of 20MB.

Also, there are a few file types accepted in QuickBooks. These include:

  • PDF
  • JPEG
  • PNG
  • DOC
  • XLSX
  • CSV
  • TIFF
  • GIF
  • XML

Here's an article you can read to learn how to add receipts to a bill: Attachments in QuickBooks Online.

If you need to add fields to your bills, you can do this in QuickBooks. Simply browse this link for instructions and detailed steps: Customise invoices, estimates, and sales receipts in QuickBooks Online.

Please get back to me if you have additional questions about attaching bills. I'm always right here to guide you.
