In QuickBooks Online (QBO), invoices and invoice templates normally have a single page. However, you can customise the template and make necessary adjustments to fit the invoice information into 2 pages.

Once done, you can apply the template to your invoice. I'd be happy to walk you through how:

Charles--thank you so much for your reply. It is actually a bill I have (apologies I called it a receipt)---and I want to attach it to the details of the transaction. How can I do this---it is only allowing me to attach one page---sorry for the confusion. Thank you

Let me help you attach the two-page bill on the supplier's transaction. QuickBooks lets you add multiple attachments to a bill.

Is there an error or message when you attach the two-page bill? If there is, please provide more details about it so I can check.
If you aren't getting a message or error, you'll want to consider checking the file size. You can attach files on your transactions with a maximum file size of 20MB.
