I want to add Razor pay deduction column in the invoice. How can you help me in this?

If we receive payment via Razor Pay there is a particular deduction by razor pay from the total amount and we are unable to show that amount in invoice as we want to add a deduction column in which we can show the deducted amount of Razor pay.

Thanks for sharing the details of your concern with us, @training4.

Adding a deduction column into an invoice isn't available in QuickBooks Online (QBO). As an alternative, you'll want to add a service fee line item to your invoice. Let me show you how.

To begin with, let's create a service fee item:

  1. Go to the Sales menu and select the Products and services tab.
  2. Click New.
  3. Select Service.
  4. Give the fee a name (Razor fee).
  5. From the Category drop-down, select the category that best describes the fee.
  6. Fill out the rest of the fields as needed, then select Save and close.

Once done, you can now add the fee to your invoice. For the complete details about this process, check out this article: Add service fees manually to invoices. I'm also attaching this screenshot for your visual reference. 2.PNG
