I would like to modify the VAT Summary in the invoice template, it shows "VAT CUSTOM-5%" but I can't find where I can either delete or modify it. Please help.

I can walk you through how you can edit your invoice template in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Follow these steps:

1. Go to the Gear icon.
2. Select Custom Form Styles.
3. Click the Standard template.
4. Hit the Content tab.
5. You'll see a sample invoice on the right side. Tap the bottom part of it.
6. Under the Display section, ensure the VAT summary isn't selected.
7. Press Done.

Appreciate your quick assistance on this. However, I don't want to disable the VAT Summary, VAT applies to our invoices. But I need to edit the the field title which shows "VAT CUSTOM - 5%". I need to delete the "CUSTOM" as it does not look good in the invoice. I have attached here the sample invoice to better understand my concern. Thank you in advance! Cheers!

Hi Joy,

You can edit the name of the tax in your settings to remove the word CUSTOM, and the change will reflect on your invoices. To do this, go to Taxes click the less than < or greater than > symbols to find the custom tax. Then, click on Edit VAT CUSTOM - 5%.

For more references about VAT, just click on Help and type something like VAT.
