Just to confirm, are you trying to view the Attachment feature on the Invoice page? If so, you may scroll down to see it.
Or, you want to view all documents attached to your invoices? If so, you can follow these steps:

However, if you don't have those options, let's access your QBO account using an incognito window to verify if the browser is causing this unusual behavior.
If it works fine, we can clear the cache of your regular browser. This helps remove any browser-related issues and refresh your browser's settings. Also, you can use other compatible browsers in QuickBooks Online.
