QBO does not have price level lists the way desktop does.

but in the US version > company settings>sales there is a beta version of price rules which can be set to provide custom prices to customers by name or by customer type - see if that exists in the global version

QBO does not have price level lists the way desktop does.

Global version does not support pricing rules, does anyone know of a 3rd party add until that feature is added?

There are plenty of applications or apps developed by third-party businesses that sync or integrate with your QuickBooks account. These apps can extend account functionality and provide additional services for your business.

 

To find a tool for pricing rules, perform the steps below:

 

  1. Login to qbo.intuit.com
  2. From the left menu, select Apps.

@LidaH ,

You may create a B2B platform in an inventory management app that supports QBO. You can setup unique price lists for each buyer, including discounts and minimum order quantities.
