Hello, mail4anubhav.
Yes, and I'll show you the process of generating an e-invoice from QuickBooks.
Do you simply want to generate an e-invoice for recording purposes? If that's the case, then simply click on the + New button, then select Invoice.
Add the invoice details such as services rendered or items purchased, then Save and close. You can also send it to your customer's email (enter their email first in the Customer email box) by selecting Save and send.
You can find out more about generating e-invoices here: Create invoices in QuickBooks Online.
However if you want to include the ability to let your customers pay their invoices when you send them, you'll want to connect your Razorpay account.
This article will show you the process of connecting your Razorpay account and enabling the e-payment option for your e-invoices: Payment enabled invoices—Razorpay.
If you'd like to see your sales and other financial data, you can run reports to see the numbers. Check out this article if you need a quick guide: Run reports in QuickBooks Online.
Please let me know if there's anything else I can do with your invoices. Do you also need to record or generate other transactions? Let me know the details and I'll help you out again.
You may need to have a free invoicing app to integrate with your QBO account to comply with your regulation.
