Edit invoice my account

Hello @lightsbaskar,

Welcome to the Community. I can show to edit an invoice in QuickBooks Online.

If you're referring to customer invoices on your account, I suggest going to the Sales section. You can make changes to the transactions by viewing the details.

Here's how:

1. On the left navigation bar, click Sales.
2. Go to the Invoices tab.
3. Search for the invoice.
4. Click the drop-down arrow under the Action column.
5. Choose View/Edit. 
6. Make the necessary changes.
7. Hit Save and close.

If what you meant is the invoice for the QuickBooks subscription, you'll need to contact our QuickBooks Support Team. The invoice users get is system generated.

If there's any information you want to include in it, please reach out to them. They'll be able to check if what you want is possible.

Please follow these steps:

1. Click the (?) Help icon and enter Talk to a human (then type it again when prompted).
2. When asked by the bot, enter "Renew Subscription".
3. Select I still need a human, then proceed with Contact us or Get help from a human.
4. Choose Chat.
