HELLO, HOW CAN I SEAL MY INVOICES?

Hi there, Andrea.

 

The feature for sealing invoices is currently unavailable in QuickBooks Online (QBO). For printed invoices, you can manually seal them.

 

But if you want to email those invoices with seal, you can consider integrating a supported third-party application by visiting our QuickBooks App Market or by navigating to the Apps menu within your QBO account. Here's how you can browse for apps:

 

  1. Click My integrations beside the bell icon.
  2. Select Find integrations.

  3. From there, type a keyword in the search bar or click the Browse category button to filter the results.
