Good day, and thank you for contacting us, fahad_hassan143.
Let me guide you through the steps on how to view imported invoices in QuickBooks Online. After importing invoices, you can refresh the browser or log out and sign back in to reload QuickBooks.
Once done, go to Sales, then Invoices. Make sure to filter the Status and Date so you can see those invoices you've imported. See the attached screenshot for your visual guide.
Also, please know that can import a maximum of 100 invoices at a time and a 1,000 row limit per spreadsheet. If your spreadsheet has new products or services it can be edited after importing.
On your next import, make sure to map each of your column headings to the invoice fields during the import. Take a look at what's required to import invoices. Or you download this sample spreadsheet for your reference.
In case you need additional information about your inventories in the program, you can visit the link: Set up and track your inventory in QuickBooks Online. It provides you access to see its status and performance.
Please get back to me if you need anything else with viewing your imported invoice. I'm always glad to help you.
