How to do Self Bill E-invoice?

While Self Bill E-invoice is unavailable in QuickBooks Online (QBO), you can generate a self-billed transaction by creating a Purchase Order (PO) as a workaround, Irene.
 

Here's how:
 

1. Go to the + New icon and pick Purchase Order.
2. Select the Supplier field and enter the vendor name.

3. Enter the list in the Category or Item Details, depending on where you placed them.
4. Type in all the necessary information.
5. Click the Save and Close tab.

Once done, you can now link it to a Bill.

 

Alternatively, you can look for a third-party application that can generate an e-invoice self-billed transaction.
