How to recover deleted sale receipts transactions

Hey there, younhtetnaing-co. 

 

Any activity you made in QuickBooks Online, including deleted transactions, is recorded in the Audit log and can be recovered by re-entering the transaction's details. 

 

Here's how to find and resume removed sales receipts:

 

  1. Go to the Settings icon and select Audit Log.

  2. Choose the appropriate user, date, and event(s).
  3. Locate the deleted transaction.
  4. The Event column contains all of the information required for the transaction.
  5. Under the History column, click View.

  6. Using the data, you can recreate it with its original transaction date.
