We have used QuickBooks Plus and tested many things before using it to our customers.
We wonder if you could delete some test data we want for us.
For example, We want to keep our settings (that's why no reset is possible) , but want to delete only invoices/estimates/payments and Products/Services List.
So Please let me know if there's another way but deleting one by one manually.
P.S. Only "Make inactive" can be shown on Products and Services menu.
There's no "Delete" button on Products and Services menu.? How can I remove sample data??

Allow me to provide insights about eliminating some data in QuickBooks Online.
At this time, being able to delete customer's and vendor's transactions in bulk isn't available in QuickBooks Online. It needs to be done manually. On the other hand, the system only allows you to make an item inactive. This way, you still have the option to reactivate them, in case you need it in the future.

On the other hand, if you want to delete all your data and start from scratch, you can purge your data if your account is less than 60 days. The system deletes all data entered into the company, and you're unable to restore or reverse them.

I understand your reply but wonder why deleting transactions in bulk isn't available.
Also, Here're more inquiries about deleting features.
1. When we wanna remove many invoices, do we have to click each invoice/estimate/payment and 'delete' button one by one? Only this way is available? No 'delete' button on Sales list!
2. Only 'inactive' button on Customers / Services and Product list. Can you explain why there's No 'delete' feature?
3. We tried to delete some items manually on Services and Product list as you said.
But some of them cannot be deleted! The error message continue to appear as image.
Please check it. very confused.
It's test sample data so we don't need it but still on our list again and again!
What's "default service" in the error message??
