Is it pos. to integrate quickbooks invoicing with our website where we will be accepting payments for a service?We would need to sometimes issue manual invoices as well?

We would want to have the process automated, quick and easy, and avoid any discrepancy with the reference number of the invoices as we will be issuing manual and automated invoices. Any feedback, assistance is highly appreciated.
