Is Sunmi v2 pro pos system compatible with quickbooks? i am not being able to have a clear 2inch invoice from it. what should i do?

While waiting for your response, I have a few troubleshooting steps you can try to help set up, adjust, or check the printing alignment for all sales forms. Let’s make sure to install Adobe Acrobat Reader 11.0.

Printing issues can be resolved by updating the Adobe Reader to the latest release or by repairing it. Check out this article to view the instructions on how to install the latest version: Install Adobe Acrobat Reader DC.

Next, open your company and try printing an invoice. If you continue to get the same results, I recommend performing the steps in this article and select the browser you’re using: Print sales forms.

For Google Chrome:

1. Go to the Sales menu to select All Sales.
2. On the Sales Transactions page, open the invoice you need to print.
3. This will open the Invoice page.
4. From there, scroll down to choose Print or Preview and then select Print or Preview again.
5. Tap the Print button to display the Print window.
6. Hi the More settings link and change the paper size in the Scale section to the right one.
   
7. Click Print once done.
