Let's make sure you'll be able to see the newly added supplier in QuickBooks Online.
You can see all of your supplier list in the Expense menu > Supplier. If you can't see the newly added supplier in the list, we can perform troubleshooting steps to ensure there are no underlying browser issues.
We can start by accessing your QuickBooks Online account in a private or incognito window. Use these keyboard shortcuts below to open one:
If you're able to see the newly added supplier in your list when using the private window, then that's good. I recommend going back to your regular browser and clear it's cache. There are times that outdated and corrupted temporary internet files can cause some display or delay issues.
You may also use other supported browsers for the best experience while using QuickBooks Online.
