Hi,
could my customers pay via normal wire transfer from Switzerland, in CHF? Is there a Quickbooks IBAN available they can pay to?
Thanks
Ingo
Hello @IngoB16. I'll share details about the customer's wire transfer.
Currently, the option to accept wire transfers from customers in Switzerland is unavailable. You may integrate one of our third-party applications to let them pay for your sales transaction.
While the option is not yet available, I recommend letting our product developers know about this request by sending feedback. I'll show you how.
I'm adding this reference so you're able to track the status of your request as well as the latest updates from our developer team: Customer Feedback for QuickBooks Online.
It'll always be my pleasure to help if you've got other questions besides this one. Use the Reply button and leave your comment below so that I can assist you further. Take care always!
I have no subscription so I can't login and do that. It's very confusing to have different logins for different products, btw.! I thought I could use quickbooks to connect to my wise business account to let my customer pay in CHF, but nothing works. Thanks anyway.
Ingo
I have solutions to all of your concerns, @IngoB16. And happy to share with you the complete instructions, and you'll be an expert in no time.
I'll make sure you can send feedback to our engineers, connect your account to Wise, and use the same credentials for your different QuickBooks Online (QBO) products.
Do you use a QBO trial account? If yes, you can still submit feedback on it as long as the trial is not over. Then if you forgot your credential, I'd suggest resetting them. Here's how to reset if you have the active email or phone number:
For more details, see this link: Recover your account when you can't sign in.
Once you're in, you can follow the steps provided by JonPril above to send feedback to our product engineers.
Additionally, you have the option to use the same QBO credentials. This way, you can quickly log in and switch to your account. To do this, follow the steps in this article: Sign in to multiple QuickBooks Online companies with one user ID.
Furthermore, I'm happy to let you know that QuickBooks can connect your Wise account. Ensure that you have a paid subscription to allow this connection.
Proceed as follows:
The authorization to share your data with QuickBooks will expire after 90 days. You’ll need to authorize sharing your data again at this point. If you're unable to connect, consider upgrading. Linking the Wise account to QBO will depend on your subscription.

I hope my answer will put a smile on your face and address your concerns. If you have additional questions, do not hesitate to mention my name in the comments section. I'm pleased to assist you again. Take care, IngoB16.
