In QuickBooks Online, taxes added every time you create transactions is based on the taxable status of the item used in each line. With this, let's consider changing them directly from the list of your product and services. I'll show you how.

the tax inclusive box is checked, and i checked the products themselves, and in every product the box is checked. besides of that, i didnt edit or change anything.
The only solution i found until now was to select on the invoice itself "amounts are out of scope of tax", but the the included taxes are not shown on the invoice anymore...

i am trying to find human help, but their help chatbot redirected me to this (until now, useless) place... only to be redirected to try to explain a robot that i need to talk to a human, to be re-redireted to here again... not much of a help
