To clarify, are you trying to view your estimates/quotes? Are you getting an error message?

 

In the meantime, we can perform basic troubleshooting to isolate the issue. Let's try logging in and opening your proposals through an incognito window. This helps rule out the possibility of a webpage issue. You can refer to these shortcut keys to open an incognito window in all supported browsers:

  • Chrome: Ctrl+Shift+N
  • Firefox: Ctrl+Shift+P
  • Safari: Command+Shift+N

 

To review your estimates, follow these steps:

  1. Go to All Sales.
  2. Select the Filter dropdown.
  3. In the Type dropdown, select Estimates.
  4. You can use additional filters as needed and select Apply.

 

If you're able to view them, I'd recommend clearing your browser's cache as you may have accumulated too much historical data. This way, you can access QuickBooks with a clean slate. You can also use a different supported browser.

 

You can also run a report to get more details. Here's how:

  1. Go to Reports.
  2. Look for and open the Estimates by Customer report.
  3. Select your date range and select Run report.

Unable to view Old proposal

Our view option expired on 20/12/2021. We were constantly getting messages that we can view till 30/4/2023.

Our cutomer ID is [removed]. Sincerely request you allow us to access and download data. Please allow for a day so that all the data can be exported.

In this case, we can contact our Support Team to check and verify why you're still getting messages about the viewing option. 

 

  1. Within your QBO account, go to Help in the upper-right corner.
  2. In the Search tab, click Contact us.
  3. Enter a brief description of your concern.
  4. Click Continue.

Then, ensure you'll be able to download the data you want. To make sure we're on the same page, can you share what specific information you want to export in QuickBooks? This helps me determine your issue and ensure you'll get an accurate solution to your concern.
