You can use the Import data feature in QuickBooks Online (QBO) to upload petty cash, Super.

First off, you'll need to prepare your petty cash transactions into a CSV file and ensure you meet the requirements and follow the format before uploading.

Next, go to the Gear icon, then click Import data. Once done, choose Bank data to upload your petty cash transactions. Otherwise, you can follow the steps below to import your bank transactions to your company file.

Here's how:

1. Go to My Apps, select Bank transactions under the Accounting tile.
   
   
2. Choose a bank you want to upload the petty cash transactions.
3. Click the dropdown arrow beside Link account, then hit Upload from file.
   
   
4. From there, select the QuickBooks account for your file upload.
5. Click Upload from this device.
   
   
6. Follow on-screen transactions to match the columns on the file with the correct fields in QuickBooks.
