The global version of QuickBooks has a limited application that can be connected to QuickBooks. At this time, you can search for apps from the online store such as PayPal, Shopify, and others. Once you found an application, connect it through the banking page to bring the transactions automatically. Thank you very much for your quick response Angelyn.We are not talking about bank accounts connecting to Quickbooks. It is an online interface that is directly integrated into Quickbooks, through which it converts the Quickbooks invoice by Costa Rican electronic invoice regulations. I am looking for your official partner who is preparing this interface. Thanks.

QuickBooks Online (QBO) doesn't have an official partner for electronic invoicing. Applications found in the Apps menu integrates well with QuickBooks. It'll depend on our users on which apps suits their business needs.

The company who is doing this integration is Mondragon y Asociados, they claim to be official partner, I have started to work with them yesterday, seems to be a good option since they have enabled me and 5 users to process invoice in 1 day.

We have used SmartStrategy succesfully with quickbooks desktop. 

Hi, I am in CR as well... Is that Mondragon version legit? I would like to be able to integrate factura electronica as well... but that m&a website doesn't look very official... Plus I already signed up for QBO global and specified i am in CR so I assume that's the official version for CR...

I have yet to find any announcement about QBO Costa Rica version. You still need to open QBO Global version for Costa Rica.

I'm also not familiar with the company you mentioned. If you have no experience with them, you should open a new account directly.

Hi Jean, once you get the QuickBooks Online account, I would recommend you to take a look to CRDeclara.com, they can help you to export tons of CR invoices (xml files) to QBO in minutes. 

We use Modragon and they are legit and do a good job connecting us with the Hacienda.  Also, we are looking for a book keeper to data entry our info into Quickbooks here in Costa Rica.  This would be a part time job

We are also from Costa Rica and we cannot access to our admin acount because our Accountant left the company. The logging request the phone number but we dont have access to it.

Do you need to accept payments by credit card or do you need to download a credit card statement from your bank to QB Online?
