There are times when QuickBooks online is poorly configured. It might be that there was a glitch in your QBO. In the meantime, I suggest using a private window that doesn't store files. Browsers use cache and cookies to load web pages faster.

If you still have the same result, I suggest utilizing another supported browser. It can help us identify if the issue is specific to your current browser.
If you can now see the invoices you've created, consider returning to your regular browser and clearing its cache and cookies.
