We recognize the benefits of having a signature field on customized estimate forms. However, this feature is currently unavailable in the web version of QuickBooks Online (QBO).
As a workaround, you can personalize the form and use the Message displayed on estimate field to include the necessary information. Here's how:
1. Navigate to the Gear icon and select Custom form styles.
2. Click the New style dropdown button and choose Estimate.
3. Open the Content tab, then the third window or Footer.
4. Edit the Message to customer on estimates field.
5. Hit Done to save the changes.
Once your customer accepts your estimate, you can directly convert it into an invoice.
