I want to help you figure out why it's showing fewer results on your mobile phone. However, we need more information about it to provide the right resolution for the issue.
Are you using the mobile web browser or QuickBooks app? Any further details would be much appreciated.
If you're using the same credentials from your iPhone and laptop, you should see the same results when searching for customers. For any mobile app problems, I suggest you uninstall and reinstall the app to ensure the latest updates are installed.
If you're using the mobile browser, please make sure you meet the system requirements for the best results. I suggest you visit the QuickBooks Online access for mobile devices article for more information.
