When they're signed in, let them double-check if they can already view the email subject. If so, they can return to their default browser and clear the cache to speed up the loading process. The cache is sometimes overwhelmed with older data which can cause viewing and performance issues. Clearing them refreshes the system and you'll be able to to work with a clean slate. If the same thing happens, you can switch to other browser.
If not, you can try recreating another invoice reminder template and send them to your email. Then, check if the email subject is showing in your end. To do this, follow the steps below:
