When sending O/S invoice reminder mail to our clients subject and mail message are not showing in those emails. We have already saved an email format in our QB settings.

Let's make sure your clients will be able to receive the email subject line in their emails, fasalu.

You can try sending the invoice to your email. Then check if it's showing in  your end. If it is, you can let your clients perform some troubleshooting steps to fix the issue. Sometimes, your browser is full of frequently accessed page that may cause some unusual responses. Let your clients log into their QuickBooks Online (QBO) account in a private window. Once done, use the shortcuts keys below:

  • Press Ctrl Shift + N (Google Chrome)
  • Ctrl + Shift + P (Firefox)
  • Control Option + P (Safari)

When they're signed in, let them double-check if they can already view the email subject. If so, they can return to their default browser and clear the cache to speed up the loading process. The cache is sometimes overwhelmed with older data which can cause viewing and performance issues. Clearing them refreshes the system and you'll be able to to work with a clean slate. If the same thing happens, you can switch to other browser

If not, you can try recreating another invoice reminder template and send them to your email. Then, check if the email subject is showing in your end. To do this, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to Get paid & pay or Sales, then select Invoices
  2. Find the invoice that you'd like to send a reminder for.
  3. From the Receive payment dropdown, select Send Reminder.
  4. Customize your message and select Send.

This should keep them going. Furthermore, learn how to record sale transactions in two ways. You can either record sales receipt or through invoice. Learn how to record payment for a single invoice and record partial payments. For more details, I've added this article for your reference: Record Invoice Payments In QuickBooks Online.
