In the meantime, we have a few steps that you can try to fix it. You might be experiencing some browser hiccups. To start with, log in to your account using a private browser. It's the place to identify web issues. These are the shortcut keys:
- Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
- Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
- Safari: press Command + Shift + N
If there are no error messages, go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. We advise our users to clear them out now and then. It's to prevent and fix web issues.
